Description

IA-upload currently depends on phetools PDF to DjVu conversion script.

It would be nice to migrate phetools code inside of ia-upload to avoid the cross-project dependency.

Great idea!

Although I do wonder if it still makes sense to convert PDF to DjVu? It doesn't really gain us anything in usability, image quality, etc. does it? Or at least, not without further processing of the DjVu (e.g. better metadata, re-inserting text layers, …). (Probably I'm forgetting something crucial!)
