Description

Some days ago I set up a wikibase.cloud instance https://kbtestwikibase.wikibase.cloud and created a normal/default user https://kbtestwikibase.wikibase.cloud/wiki/User:OlafJanssen

I created a botpassword for interacting with the API via Python (using https://wikibase-api.readthedocs.io/en/latest/), which allows me to read and write to the Wikibase via a Python script

However, under these credentials I'm not allowed to remove/delete Ps and Qs, as I'm not an admin of this Wikibase, nor can I upgrade myself to become one.

I want to be able to remove/delete properties and items, both via the GUI and via the API, either via my normal credentials, or via separate admin-like credentials.

If this is your account and you've forgotten your password you should try and reset it. If this isn't your account you should get in touch with this user and see if they are willing to grant your user additional rights or perform the deletions you want.

@Tarrow Many thanks for pointing this out, I totally overlooked / forgot this 'legacy' admin account, which is indeed one of my common user names.

Going to resolve this then, as It looks like everything was happening as expected, just the wrong account was being used.
