Feature summary I would like a Rollback user right to be added to Wikiquote.
Use case(s) Same as Wikipedia and other projects, also it is needed to use SWViewer.
Benefits (why should this be implemented?): Same as Wikipedia, also I, and possibly some other users, are requesting to have this right to be able to use SWViewer.
