Description

List of steps to reproduce (step by step, including full links if applicable):

Visit en.m.wikipedia.org from the UK, preferable from your mobile
See the banner (badly behaving because it was only designed and tested with desktop)

What happens?:
Visitors are getting a banner

What should have happened instead?:
Visitors on the mobile site should not get the banner, since the box in the settings is not checked.

I did mention that I used 'preview' link in my comment, I didn't come across the banner normally. So given this explanation by @Pcoombe, I think there's no device targeting bug with CN here.

I checked the logs (took longer than expected as the Turnilo banner dashboard doesn't have data for the current day, so I had to dive into webrequests) and didn't see any instances of the banner being loaded on mobile user agents. So I think it's safe to close the bug and put the banner back up (remaining desktop only).
