I would like the 'template editor' right from Wikipedia to also be added to Wikiquote, however it would be called 'template administrator' instead. I would also like that anyone with this right could self-revoke it at any time without the need of a bureaucrat or steward.

There's 12 sites already implemented such restriction level with name templateeditor, so it would be great to keep such canonical name as group name. The name of this group may be customized in MediaWiki:Group-templateeditor on-wiki, however.

There is consensus. Four actual users support. There are only two that oppose:
- One of them has never edited here and there vote was removed.
- Is very new here and only joined a few days ago.
While the rest have been here for much longer.
