Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• Save a few articles
• The last one on the list will not be clickable or deletable
• But that last one duplicates another one in the list
• The duplicated entry can change when the saved list is accessed / app restarted

What happens?:

Saved articles list always duplicates an random entry at the very end that is not viewable or deletable

What should have happened instead?:

Random unclickable duplicate should not exist, not a big deal though, though was very confusing until I figured out it's a duplicate

6.9.2 on iOS 15.5
