I dumped some research papers into https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Rz3IJClpHze6_nXBx8hZvhPnLv37gMzB . I repeat that doing any original research does not feel like a good use of time (and obviously that research won't solve problems if there were no dedicated resources from leadership to implement potential findings).
