Can't click on "Why?" link in "Translation services not available" warning

Description

  1. Open a translation in a language pair not supported, e.g. fr->en
  2. Start a paragraph, and see the warning
  3. Try to click on "Why?"
  4. As soon as you mousedown the surface is blurred and the warning disappears. No link is opened.
