Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- Use the no JS form to edit a story.
- From Commons, look for an SVG image with a transparent background (e.g Aida_Overton_Walker_01.svg)
- Use this image in a story frame and save the Wikistory
- View the story
What happens?:
The story frame with the SVG image has a black background e.g. the last frame of this story
What should have happened instead?:
The SVG image should have a white background.
