Selenium: Use runJobs instead of rebuildrecentchanges
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

This allows tests to override the maximum age of RC changes, which
speeds up tests when running them on a local development environment
with thousands of edits. In CI, this won't make much of a difference.
