Remove extraneous zImplementation and zTesters from the state

Description

Right now, zImplementation and zTesters can populated from two different places: a call to

wikilambdafn_search

and nested in the zFunction itself.

We still need the API call for UNATTACHED implementations and testers, but we should only be loading the attached ones from the nested zFunction.
