Acceptance Criteria

The banners are based on the Kartensaison banner.
The logo for Wikidata's 10th anniversary is used as the image (SVG or PNG).
The banner uses Central Notice's built-in translation features.

Note: I'm hoping to have the "Events schedule" button linking to a specific link of https://diff.wikimedia.org/calendar/ but it is not ready yet (Diff is encountering issues that are preventing people to add events to the calendar). As a backup, if we can't migrate the events to Diff, it will link to https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Tenth_Birthday/Run_an_event/Schedule#Add_your_event_to_the_calendar

Hello @AbbanWMDE,

An update about this banner:

in order to give some space to another campaign on Wikidata, I'd like to change the dates to October 13 to October 31 (start 2 weeks later than planned)
the link of the "event schedule" button remains unchanged: https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Tenth_Birthday/Run_an_event/Schedule#Add_your_event_to_the_calendar
can we also have a "translate" link in the corner like for the other banner?

@AbbanWMDE Just two small things:

The link to the event schedule should probably also be routed through Special:MyLanguage (i. e. https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Special:MyLanguage/Wikidata:Tenth_Birthday#Events_calendar).
There are two parameters added to the URL. They are actually not needed and break the section link in this case.

Apart from that it's good to go, I think. @Lea_Lacroix_WMDE Do you want to have another look?
