I can reproduce it with this message: https://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=Special:Translate&showMessage=wikipedia-android-strings-insert_media_settings_uploaded_image&group=out-wikimedia-mobile-wikipedia-android-strings&language=he&filter=&optional=1&action=translate

The source message is "Uploaded media".

It suggests the Hebrew string "העלאת תמונה", which is not an exact translation. It's used in 3 translations, and the UI says that it's a 100% match. I examined the other 3 translations:

My guess at what's happening: The match % and the "Used X times" aren't actually connected.

You're getting 100 % match with "העלאת תמונה" because that is used in "wikipedia-ios-insert-media-uploaded-image-title". So that is the top match since it's 100%. Then the system checks whereever else that exact translation is used without regards to what the original message was, and finds 3 exact hits for that phrase. Am I on to something?

Like mentioned in Telegram, suggestions are grouped by their value, and the highest match-% is used.

What should happen here? Should we calculate the average of the match-% instead?
