Description

Write documentation on mediawiki.org and update extension's page
Include T275223 in the docs
Prepare and package a few ready-to-use configuration sets, together with the templates necessary to make it work. That would really simplify the process of bringing MU to a wiki.
Update README.md and INSTALL.md (or just remove the latter)
Update the config file to include links to docs
