InternetArchiveBot has been blocked on Japanese Wikipedia for years. There were two reasons: (1) editing faster than permitted (2) falsely concluding links are dead. Problem 1 has been solved and Problem 2 might be solved. This task is to track re-deployment of InternetArchiveBot to Japanese Wikipedia.
