Rationale: Repositories related to the https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/mwbot-rs project. For now this will be the repositories currently hosted at https://gitlab.com/mwbot-rs.

Who should have access: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/mwbot-rs#Contributors (not sure everyone has created a GitLab account yet, if not, I can bug them)

Created group and added yourself and @ssastry as owners - couldn't find others as active users. Sorry for delay; group creation requests have lagged while I've been on vacation, rounding those up this morning.
