Description

At the moment, the Help link present at the top-right of Special:EditGrowthConfig (on a LTR wiki on desktop) goes to https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:MyLanguage/Extension:GrowthExperiments/Technical_documentation/Special:EditGrowthConfig.

It should go to https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Growth/Community_configuration, which is a more human readable option (until T280248: Write a help page about Special:EditGrowthConfig is done), with an associated feedback page.
