@Liuxinyu970226 Thanks. I've clarified the description a bit and added links.

Note, however, since the creation of this task in 2011, things have changed. The extension was created as part of a short-time and unofficial experiment by volunteers (myself included) to show how a feature like this could work. The code has been preserved for potential re-use in the future by any interested developers. Right now, however, it appears nobody is actively using or maintaining this extension.

If you are interested in continuing this extension and bringing it to a stable state for use on your own wikis outside Wikimedia Foundation, or otherwise take over developer ownership, let me know :)
