Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

Visit https://eu.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:ContentTranslation?from=en&page=Huma+Qureshi&targettitle=Huma+Qureshi&to=eu

What happens?:
I get a blank screen with no feedback

What should have happened instead?:
The editor should load.

Developer notes

I guess certain modules are omitting targets: [mobile, desktop] ?

I could not reproduce the issue. This is what I get:

I can't replicate either but I'll poke around some more in case it was account specific. Is it possible the REST server was down at the time I Saw this? Is the tool resilient to server failures (e.g. does it show an error message or a blank screen)?
