- Missed to note that in the task description: Both banners should post to the donation form with the default address type component (ast=0).
- I couldn't reproduce it, but Till mentioned that he wasn't able to submit the form on the last page after selecting direct debit on the first one.

I also can't reproduce the submission issue. @tmletzko Can you rememeber what all the fields selected were?

@AbbanWMDE it was on FF and I selected different buttons. But I can not reproduce it now. So I give it a go.
