Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• go to https://uz.wikipedia.org/wiki/Qozog%CA%BBistonda_COVID-19_pandemiyasi
• change setting from lotin to кирилл
• "infeksiyasi" becomes "инфексияси" should be "инфекцияси"
• "vaksinasi " becomes "ваксинаси" should be "вакцинаси"
• mutasiya becomes "мутасия" should be "мутация"

What happens?:
My understanding is that the wikipedia uses the language converter that converts from Latin to Cyrillic alphabet.
The converter should be fine-tuned or may be you can add extra rules that can recognize "ц" in some words.

What should have happened instead?:

• "инфексияси" should be "инфекцияси"
• "ваксинаси" should be "вакцинаси"
• "мутасия" should be "мутация"
• letter "ц" is mistaken with "с" during conversion, correct output should have letter "ц" in it: "инфекцияси", "вакцинаси", "мутация"
