Non-edits in watchlist should not show a dot next to them

In the above screenshot, note the empty circles that mark a revision as seen, and the blue circles that mark as revision as not seen.

To flip a circle from seen to not seen, you visit a revision of the page that is equal to or newer than that revision.

But what about flipping a circle from seen to unseen for an action, such as a page deletion, page move, etc? There appears to be no way to flip the circle for that one.

I propose that we remove (or display:none) the circles for actions that are not normal edits.

It seems implied that this is how the watchlist is supposed to work. For example, if you view every edit on your watchlist except for the actions, the "Mark all changes as seen" button disables itself.

I don't have an objection, but I am also uncertain if Watchlist/RecentChanges users would care. cc @Trizek-WMF who may have thoughts.
