Check the following specific cases after "Enable search result preview" will be turned on RTL-based lang wikis.
- Check separately arwiki, hewiki, and fawiki
- Check UI for all UI control display consistency in RTL lang (e.g. T321757)
- Check the numbers display and the question mark display
- Check search preview positioning. Currently, the QuickSearch overlay (with uselang=ar) is shifted toward the search results. For LTR the overlay covers the interwiki links.
