Nagios checker x-amples definition is broken on maps

Description

After refactoring the swagger definition for kartotherian, x-amples are not available any more for endpoint health checks.
This caused nagios check failures on our latest deployment.

We should revert the x-amples and make sure they are compatible with the latest spec version.
