I can reproduce this in Firefox. It only happens when linking directly to the particular statement like also here: https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q64#q64$655f88f0-4391-4715-c767-6104b89aea2e
It does not happen when linking to the statement group like here: https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q64#P501

Hm, we fixed this not too long ago in T285694… not sure why it’s broken again now. (Still reproducible with safemode=1, so it’s probably not due to anything in common.css.)
