It seems like this is not done yet, both here and for T334741. I am not able to edit using Visual Editor, and not able to reply to things using Reply Tools (both of which depend on RESTBase). For both things I'm getting the error "Error contacting the Parsoid/RESTBase server (HTTP 404): (no message)".

Is this issue still present? Visual editor should be using a new backend that is not dependent upon restbase.
