Description

As an WME engineer i need a service to listen to page move mediawiki event stream (https://stream.wikimedia.org/?doc#/streams/get_v2_stream_mediawiki_page_move) and replicate those events into a kafka topic.

Aceptance Criteria

Service must expose kafka metrics via prometheus
Service must extend the existing docker-compose.yaml
Unit testing

Developer Notes

We already have a page move handler therefore we should adapt the logic to send a page move event into a new topic.
