Description

As an Engineer i want to have a dashboard available where i can see the necessary metrics specially around cpu and memory usage, to monitor the content-integrity cluster.

Acceptance Criteria

Cloudwatch Dashboard with CPU and Memory
Create dashboards via existing Terraform method
