inverttags does not work in Special:RecentChangesLinked

Description

  • inverttags works on Special:RecentChanges, example (not mobile edit)
  • but it does not work in Special:RecentChangesLinked example (not mobile edit, shows only mobile edits)

What happens?:

inverttags has no effect in Special:RecentChangesLinked

What should have happened instead?:

It should just work as Special:RecentChanges (where it was added in https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/core/+/867255 included in REL1_40). Note that the UI for Special:RecentChangesLinked does show the option to exclude tags.
