Description

As a result of the GitLab migration, the function-orchestrator image is being published to repos/abstract-wiki/wikifunctions/function-orchestrator (where it used to be wikimedia/mediawiki-services-function-orchestrator). The guidance from RelEng is that we should update betacluster and our devtooling to point to this new location.
