What happens?:
The job is queued but apparently not executed. See https://iabot.toolforge.org/index.php?page=viewjob&id=13979, which was submitted 4 days ago.

What should have happened instead?:
I would expect queued jobs to be executed sooner. Maybe this is just the job queue backlog, but that seems unlikely to me.
