Jobs finished but still showing as running

I think the bot has gotten stuck on batch submissions and some jobs may need to be killed.
Each of these:
*https://iabot.toolforge.org/index.php?page=viewjob&id=13842
*https://iabot.toolforge.org/index.php?page=viewjob&id=13843
has completed but is marked as still running. I tried to kill each of them, but that only gave me an error 500. Could you kill them for me?

Also, prior to this, sometimes when I submitted a batch job, a duplicate submission is created, even though I just pressed the submit button once. [[User:Eastmain|Eastmain]] ([[User talk:Eastmain|talk]]) 12:03, 19 May 2023 (UTC)

What should happen instead?:
Jobs should be shown as completed once all the pages have been processed.

At 05:53, 2023-07-06, I was able to kill the three jobs mentioned.

Following, with interest, due to job #14571 started 15 Aug 2023, finished rapidly, killed weeks later.

The problem seems to've gotten worse; we've now got jobs stalling mid-run and never moving again, rather than waiting until the end of the run to stall.

Perhaps the issue is the final character in the list. I now make a point of adding a carriage return at the end of a list, and I haven't had the problem since. I wonder whether a non-printable character at the beginning or end of a line is making jobs stall mid-run
