What is happening?:
Batch jobs don't seem to be running. Single-page submissions work properly. Possibly related to this, https://iabot.toolforge.org/index.php?page=viewjob&id=14723 has processed all the pages, but needs to be marked as completed. https://iabot.toolforge.org/index.php?page=viewjob&id=14725 (my submission) also has processed all the pages, but wasn't marked as finished until I killed the job at 0039 GMT Wednesday, August 23, 2023

What should happen instead?:

Batch jobs should run happily.
