Sources/citations in a translated document have to be marked as "read" for the page to be published with that source.

Use case(s)
Users are currently able to translate pages without doing their due diligence on checking what they are translating is actually verifiable, they might assume that the quality standard of the source wiki is sufficient to warrant an uncritical translation.

Benefits
Explicitly requiring users to confirm they have read the sources/citations in one way or another, encourages users to not replicate misinformation and potentially catch mistakes in the source document as well.
