Feature request for the interface: an option to change all instances of a domain from http to https.

This is fairly common situation where the domain is not working at http but works at https. Users can tell the bot to make the change.

Two recent examples: 12,000 URLs on enwiki for fiba.com (see WP:URLREQ) and on cswiki see https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/User_talk:InternetArchiveBot#http/https
