We need a list of all active recurring subscription created using monthly option (not on Demand) in India where there is no charge in the subsequent months. This is required to work on a solution to get the impacted donors re-billed.

@Cstone has a Searchkit we can use - @RKumar_WMF is it okay if we work on this next Sprint (w/o July 31) - or is there more urgency.
@AKanji-WMF - The issue is that these donors have not been billed yet after their first debit when we were on Monthly option, so we need to either find a way to start their billing by moving them to On Demand or cancel their subscription and ask them to restart. @Cstone - Can you please point me to search kit so that I can get the data.

It will show a donors name multiple times as it has all the recurrings we have charged them. Some have been charging since June and some have still only had the April charge. If we get Rejected status 300 back from dlocal we try again the next month. The ones that have only bene charged in April are ones that keep having this response.
This is great, thank you. So the subscriptions that are not billed after April, are already rejected three times, for example: CID: 45016267, should not this be in "Canceled" status now? So basically, after how many tries will the subscription moves to "canceled" status?
@RKumar_WMF this what we were missing, it's work to be done in T339181: India Recurring - Figure out when to actually cancel donations. We don't have a way to cancel these yet.
