Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
What happens?:
- The Render this image in dropdown is not present
- When I view using the lang parameter, it still shows the English version (link)
- If I call the cache directly in another language, it succeeds (link)
What should have happened instead?:
- The Render this image in dropdown should be visible.
- When viewing with the lang parameter, the other language should be shown in the thumb.

- Brave browser Linux
- Possible clue on problem: when I try to purge the page, it takes a very long time (link). When I try to purge through the API, it times out with a 504 and the message "upstream request timeout"
