• Click the "Discussion" tab

What happens?:

• It sends us to https://www.wikifunctions.org/wiki/Talk:Z10018&uselang=en (as an English-preference user) - note ampersand)

What should have happened instead?:

• It sends us to https://www.wikifunctions.org/wiki/Talk:Z10018?uselang=en (ibid) with a query character instead of an ampersand
