We noticed some double encoding happening in the error messages when it came to emojis (and we assume it would be the case for other data types as well).

Goal would be to find a solution to this problem

To check: As Wikibase REST API has been moving away from repeating an input in error responses, is it still even an issue?

Can confirm after a quick check that we don't repeat the error and so this isn't needed
