Description

Steps to replicate the issue:

Functioneers received autopatrol rights in T344085, so their edits should automatically be marked as patrolled
Denny is a functioneer since early August, see https://www.wikifunctions.org/wiki/Special:UserRights/Denny

What happens?: I needed to patrol some edits, see https://www.wikifunctions.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log&page=&tagfilter=&type=patrol&user=Ameisenigel&wpFormIdentifier=logeventslist&wpdate=2023-10-01&day=1&month=10&year=2023&offset=&limit=5

What should have happened instead?: Edits after 28 September should have been autopatrolled

This problem also occurs for autopatrollers:
Charidri is an autopatroller since 8 October but I still needed to patrol their edits from today.
