The WatchAnalytics extension has a surprising number of hardcoded English strings all over the place. I've tagged what I've found so far as such in this gerrit changeset, but obviously that's not a fix of any kind, really.
Besides improving usability for the eventual end-users who do not speak English, getting rid of the hardcoded strings would effectively mitigate things like T348979 rather easily IMO.

Not sure why translatewiki.net was tagged. The only thing we could do is to remove the extension from translation, which wouldn't solve the issue.
