@Pablo @diego I have some reflections to share on this front. When you start the process, please let me know and I'll contribute. Also please note that I put the deadline for this task at the end of November based on conversations with the two of you and that we're targeting two needs with this task: preparing for having roadmap conversations as well as onboarding. I rely on your judgement to pull in folks beyond those already in the subscribed list for contributions for this stage of the work.

(I had a conversation with Xiao about this task yesterday and with Diego today. summarizing the state of it)
This is a carryover task from the second quarter to the third. What's left of the task:
- I should enter my reflections in the working document.
- I should review the rest of the document.
- Diego to organize a session for those of us who contributed to the document to reflect on it and discuss/capture any final thoughts on the reflections.
We agreed that we should aim to wrap this up by the end of January.
