Steps to replicate the issue

@Aram: Those are not steps to replicate a problem but only two links. Steps like "enable it" and "clicking/tapping on a rollback link" are steps to replicate and not "what happens". In the future, please provide complete steps - thanks!

@Aklapper, Thanks for the explanation, but I think I explained the problem as much as I could. I wasn't even able to take screenshots because the links would appear and disappear quickly. There is no such thing as a pop-up dialog. I can say it’s like when you want to thank someone for their edits.

@Aram: It would be really helpful to have full links to the web page that allows others to see a problem (if it happens on ckb.wp there are zero links here to ckb.wp), and full steps to reproduce (there are zero steps in this ticket, instead there are actions mangled into "what happens?" section where they do not belong), and to test this in safemode (see https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Locating_broken_scripts ). @Aklapper, Thank god! Finally, I could found that script responsible for this problem. It is https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Gadget-modrollback.js. Looks like a global gadget. After blocking this gadget from DevTools, the problem is totally gone. After googling, I found more WMF projects importing this gadget. So, there is a conflict between this gadget and the Mediawiki option I have talked about on this ticket already.
