Would need to add support for a param there, assuming it's not being used for something else... looks like it is not being used at present at all so would be safe to use.

removing keyword design. Other special pages support lmiting the query via subpage, this is not a new or controversial issue.

Switching component back to Special Page. Transcluding special pages is still a Special page issue, not a template issue.

Personally I don't think this deserves high priority, but i'm not touching that field.
