FRTech, please note this announcement from Ingenico related to URL changes. Should we update this since they will be our backup processor until March and we are still processing much recurring on their platform as of Nov2023.

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you of an important change in our URLs, affecting how you process transactions with us.

As you may recall, we transitioned from Ingenico to Worldline in 2021. Part of this transition includes switching to Worldline-branded URLs, which you use to send transactions to us. Additionally, we will be migrating our applications to a more modern environment. These changes are essential to ensure continued optimization, enabling us to provide you with even better service.

What is changing?

The URLs you use to send API requests to us
The URL of the MyCheckout hosted payment pages
The URL of the Configuration Center you use to set up and manage your configuration
When will the changes take place?

Effective 1st of December you can use the new URLs.

What are the new URLs to send your API requests to?

Production: api.connect.worldline-solutions.com
Pre-production: api.preprod.connect.worldline-solutions.com
All other API URLs for sandbox remain as is for now. You can find the overview of API URLs on our API Reference.

What are the new URLs for the MyCheckout hosted payment pages?

When you use the new URLs for the MyCheckout hosted payment pages mentioned above, consumers will be redirected to the following URLs:

Production: {subdomain}.payX.checkout.worldline-solutions.com
Pre-production: {subdomain}.payX.preprod.checkout.worldline-solutions.com
The X will be a number, for example, pay1 or pay2. The {subdomain} will remain unchanged in the new setup.

All other URLs for sandbox remain as is for now. As long as you use the existing API URLs, the system will return the existing URLs for the MyCheckout hosted payment pages.

What other URLs are changing?

The URL of the Configuration Center in which you manage your integration with us will change. We encourage you to update any bookmarks you might have.

Production: account.connect.worldline-solutions.com
Pre-production: account.preprod.connect.worldline-solutions.com
The URL to access the Configuration Center for sandbox remains unchanged for now.

You can always use the "login" button in the upper right corner of our Developer portal to access the selected environment in the future.

What is required from your side?

Update your configuration and use these new URLs for all future transactions as of 1st of December.
In case you use one of our SDKs, please update your server SDK initialization configuration to use these new URLs for all future transactions as of 1st of December. Check the table below to find the link to the relevant documentation for your preferred SDK.
Remove any IP whitelisting restrictions, as our new setup uses dynamic IP addresses (this also applies to any whitelisting related to webhooks).
Test the new configuration in our pre-production environment before going live in the production environment.
Add noreply@connect.worldline-solutions.com to your address book to ensure the important emails do not get into the spam folder. Notifications related to the usage of our Connect integration products (for example, reminders regarding expiring API keys) will be sent from this email address.

Until when will the old URLs work?

The old URLs will work until February 29 2024.

Moving to near future, need to check with @EMartin re: timing and status of any remaining recurring tokens. @Dwisehaupt recommends implementing in Jan just in case (relatively low lift)

@jgleeson That's a better approach, Jack. I will track this task into next year as to whether we need to make this change and alert us if so!
