Some messages that represent the title of the Wikipedia app were recently mistranslated, and went into production with incorrect titles, causing confusion among users.

It would be beneficial if messages with particularly high visibility can be added to an AbuseFilter rule that prevents them from being translated by non-admins.

Could we create an AbuseFilter rule (or extend an existing rule) that protects the following messages:
Wikimedia:Wikipedia-android-strings-app_name_.*
