Follow up for /T353214#9414118 raised by @Novem_Linguae and @TheDJ

The dropdown menu has padding of 16px on all sides

However the first and last links in the menu have vertical padding of 6px

This means there is 22px of padding between the top of the menu and the first item.

Should the padding be consistent?
