On Armenian wikipedia (hywiki) HotCat gadget is not working since January 5, 2024.
Please can you help to solve this problem!

Somehow mw.loader.load( '//commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=MediaWiki:Gadget-HotCat.js&action=raw&ctype=text/javascript' ) doesn't happen from gadget.js it works if invoked manually in common.js
There were no changes on hy:WP or Armenian translation on Commons, so not sure what triggered it. Would appreciate someone looking into it.

User scripts, gadgets, templates, custom CSS are local on-wiki content. Local content is managed independently on each wiki, by each wiki community themselves.
Phabricator is mostly used for MediaWiki, MediaWiki extensions, or server configuration, or by developers and teams to organize what they plan to work on.

This needs fixing on the local wiki by editing its local content. Thus I am closing this task here - thanks for your understanding.

The previous comment explicitly stated that there were no on-wiki changes, making it clear that MediaWiki or an extension is what introduced the bug, so it is in scope of Phabricator.
