Description

I looked on the wikipedia.org page that the number of Indonesian Wikipedia article pages is listed as "597 000+" articles, which is considerably less than the number that should be around 678 000+ to date (statistics).

I also compared the page counts of the Japanese, English, and Russian Wikipedia articles, where the number of pages listed on the wikipedia.org page is close to the actual number.

Kindly consider correcting the number so that people visiting wikipedia.org can better understand the actual number of articles on the Indonesian Wikipedia.

hi @Rachmat04 the www.wikipedia.org page is only updated once a week as per the deployment calendar (sometimes once every few weeks) so the numbers on the page rarely reflect the real-time article count, they are more of an approximation. As of today, that number is 678,000+, but because of the deployment schedule, the article count will lag behind the numbers on the stats page.
