Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

What happens?:

There are no fields for the inputs labels.
The fields are visible only once you select a language (or if you opened the dialog via the edit pencil in the same session).

What should have happened instead?:

Display the fields for the input(s) label(s).
